Ergonomics
The Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Ergonomics Program is designed to prevent and reduce work-related ergonomic injuries and improve health and comfort.
Common ergonomics issues (e.g., wrist, shoulder, or neck pain) can typically be resolved with simple workstation adjustments or equipment purchases. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort at your workstation, review the resources on this website and complete the 17-minute office ergonomics online training to learn how to adjust your workstation for optimal comfort. If you continue to experience pain or discomfort, you may contact Environmental Health and Safety to request an ergonomics assessment and equipment recommendations. Please note that you must complete the online training before requesting an assessment.
