As part of the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ University and City of Evanston partnership, Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ's Facilities Management Division will commit to have contractors and subcontractors hire qualified Evanston residents to the extent possible on projects over $1.0 million. The City of Evanston will provide a pool of qualified Evanston residents to Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ, which will work with its contractors and subcontractors to ensure that residents are employed on appropriate construction projects to the extent possible. It is important to note that all potential candidates will still be subject to the hiring process of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ and its contractors and subcontractors.
