Enable students to manage their own affairs off-campus by making use of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ and Evanston/Chicago resources and services.
Assist students with finding off-campus housing.
Help students to address issues and needs related to off-campus living.
Educate students about their rights and responsibilities as members of the Evanston and Chicago communities.
Connect students living off-campus to community and campus.
Organize special events and programs to foster positive neighbor relations.
The Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Off-Campus Life office acts in an advisory capacity only and does not make reservations, appointments, rental commitments or participate in any negotiations with landlords or roommates. Individuals must, on their own, meet with the landlords, inspect the apartments, and make the lease arrangements (including roommates), which are civil contracts not involving the university.
