What does OIDI do?

OIDI leads initiatives and guides policy at the enterprise-level to create an increasingly inclusive, diverse, equitable, and welcoming environment for all Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ community members. For information on who we are and what we do visit our Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Us page.

What does the IDEA acronym stand for?

IDEA stands for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accountability. IDEA is our framework for how our office operates—learn more about how we apply IDEA to our framework.

What is the difference between equality and equity?

Equality means each individual or group of people is given the same resources or opportunities. Equity recognizes that each person has different circumstances and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome.

How can I report an incident of sexual harassment, discrimination or harassment?
