All degree-seeking students are required to have health insurance coverage either through the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ University Student Health Insurance Plan (NU-SHIP) or the student’s own health insurance carrier. The annual premium for NU-SHIP is $5,144 for coverage starting on September 1, 2023 and ending on August 31, 2024. However, should you choose to extend or curtail your NU-SHIP coverage, your rates will vary. Students who take no action will default to NU-SHIP and be charged accordingly.
