Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Career Advancement hosts career fair events throughout the academic year. Whether you’re looking to meet great candidates for your current hiring needs or start connecting with students, this is the perfect opportunity to engage with Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ talent!

Interested in learning more about fair sponsorship? **Policy Update: The NCA in-person career fair is only open to employers outside of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ University due to space constraints. If you are an on-campus employer or department, you are welcome to register for our virtual career fair dates that have unlimited capacity. We'd also suggest utilizing the Student Employment website and the SummerFest event (usually hosted in January). If you have opportunities you'd like to promote to students, please email jessica.smith@northwestern.edu.

These fairs will be open to all of our undergraduate and graduate student population as well as alumni of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ University. Employers hiring for both internships and full-time roles from all industries are welcome.

FAQs

Can I register for both fair days? 

Employers must selectonefair to attend, employers will not be allowed to attend both the virtual and in-person fair days. 

How should my organization decide which fair to attend? 

There are several considerations for attending either a virtual or in-person event, and youremployer strategistcan talk through some of those details with you in depth. Consider fall schedules, hiring timelines, recruiting goals, and travel budgets when deciding which event to register for. 

What is the audience for the fairs? 

Both fairs will be open for all Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ students (undergraduate and graduate level) as well as alumni. Employers recruiting for both full-time and internship roles are welcome to attend either fair - there is no distinction between intern and full-time hiring at either fair.   

How and when can I register? 

Registration for both events will open on June 17, in . 

What is the deadline to register? 

Plan to register for either event at least 3 weeks before the event dates or sooner if you can. Registrations must be cancelled at least two weeks prior to the fair to be eligible for a refund.
