Jordan Hughes manages Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ’s Academic Program Review process. In this role, Jordan works closely with Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵhip in the Office of the Provost and across schools to evaluate Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ's academic departments and oversees all operations for the review processes. Academic Program Review is a key component of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ’s commitment to continuous improvement and informs academic priorities and interdisciplinary collaborations across the University. Jordan also oversees the administration of several faculty awards, honors and grants, as well as the prestigious Nemmers Prizes, which recognize renowned scholars from institutions outside of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ.

Jordan has supported Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ’s Program Review process since 2019, serving as Assistant Director of Program Review from 2021-2024, and as Senior Program Coordinator for Program Review from 2019-2021. Prior to this, Jordan worked at the Kellogg School of Management from 2016 to 2019, managing the Kellogg Board Fellows Program and various social impact programs for MBA students. She has also held student-facing roles at Arizona State University and Pearson.

Jordan has been an active member of the Association of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ University Women (ANUW), a staff affinity group at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ that supports more than 800 women staff at the University, since 2016. She served as ANUW’s President in 2020-21.

Jordan earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ in 2023, a MEd in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign in 2013.
